What makes Solajai mats unique?

Our mats feature a patent-pending quilted construction made from natural cork, hemp, and cotton. This unique blend is naturally anti-microbial, odorless, and provides superior grip—especially in hot yoga settings where moisture increases the traction of the natural fibers. 

 

How well do they perform?

Solajai mats are designed to offer elite performance in both wet and dry conditions with priority placed on comfort, grip, hygiene, and portability. Our mats are about 40% lighter than typical rubber, TPE, or PVC mats, allowing more cushion at a lower weight. Materials both absorb and wick away moisture, allowing for efficient moisture management during your practice (with no extra towel needed) and quick drying afterward. Cork, hemp, and wool materials are naturally anti-microbial, preventing bacterial and fungal growth, and eliminating typical mat odor build-up with easy maintenance.

Material Quality

Are your products in stock? If an item is available for purchase on our website, it is in stock and ready to ship from our Portland warehouse. Out-of-stock items will be marked as "Sold Out" or "Unavailable" on the product page.

 

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 2–6 business days depending on your location. All orders ship from our facility in Portland, OR.

Do you offer international shipping? At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We are not currently able to ship to international destinations, but we hope to expand in the future.

How much does shipping cost? We offer tiered shipping rates based on your order total:

  • Contiguous U.S.:
      • FREE on orders $50+
      • $9.99 for orders $25–$49.99
      • $14.99 for orders under $25.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico:
    • FREE on orders $125+
    • $9.99 for orders $50–$124.99
    • $19.99 for orders under $50.

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) website.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that customized products and gift cards are final sale.

How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@solajai.com. If your return is authorized, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are there return shipping fees?

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Solajai covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: For returns due to a change of mind or accidental orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. We do not charge any additional restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund? We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
