Return and Refund Policy

Solajai has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/stickers, and in its original packaging. Please note that "original packaging" refers to the packaging your item arrived in, suitable for resale. You’ll also need your order number.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@solajai.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns are conducted via mail.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Return shipping costs will be covered by Solajai in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Customer Preference: For returns due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products (e.g. products with custom designs or engraving) are not eligible for returns.
  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
