Thin Stability Mat - cushioned with 2 layers of wool felt for just enough comfort and extra stability (similar to a typical 4mm mat, recommended for intermediate to advanced practitioners)
Thicker Comfort Mat - cushioned with 3 layers of wool felt for medium comfort (similar to a typical 6mm mat, recommended for most practitioners)
